THE TALENT SHOW!!!!

Today was Emma's Talent show at Spencer Elementary! She did Great. here is our day.......

My mom went and got Emma and Sophia new outfits to wear to the talent show. Sophia was modeling her outfit for me.

All ready to go! Doesn't she look GREAT! We decided not to dress like the sound of music characters just wear something she liked. We just couldn't find anything we liked. I almost made her a outfit but she really loved this new dress and was so excited to wear it. She is going to wear it to school tomorrow. Thanks Grandma Linda for the new clothes!!! =)

Heather dropped flowers off for Emma. Her 2 little kids are sick today and they were not going to be able to make it. It was so sweet of her to think of Emma. Emma was SO excited to see the flowers when she got home we had to take pictures with them!!!

Then we went for a long ride to put Sophia to bed. She was pretty crazy at the show. She was upset when Emma started singing she did not understand why she could not sing with her. She knows all the words because she practices with Emma. Shaun said in the back of the gym Sophia started singing so loud he had to walk out with her!!! =)

Update

Tonight is Emma's Talent Show at Spencer Ele. We are so excited!!!!!! I will post pictures and hopefully a video ASAP! She has been preparing for the last month with 2 practices each week. 1 With Camilla Cameron from church she is AMAZING she is giving Emma voice lessons and is going to start piano. Emma is very excited. The 2nd one has been with my Uncle Kenny. He is playing the guitar for Emma in the talent show tonight. Sunday we went over there and he set up the microphone for her to sing in and he played his electric guitar. The girls LOVED it. Emma did great she just goes up to the micophone and SINGS her heart out. She is really talented. I know I am her mother but she is really good!

The girls dressed up Sunday (was Geneva's trick or treat) and we went to my moms and took some pictures. We stopped at my Aunt Lori's house and they wore their costumes to Emma's practice with Uncle Kenny. They loved it. We decided not to go trick or treating this year due to all the flu viruses going around. On the news they said if you do go trick or treating to not touch the door knobs to peoples doors and do not eat any candy until you get home. They also said to lysol the candy before eating. The girls did not mind that we skipped it this year. Tonight is Trunker Treat at church we will be missing due to the talent show. That is fine with us though everyone at church is sick right now!
